Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Prime ERP subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • You can export your data before the subscription ends

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Within 7 Days: Full refund if requested within 7 days of initial subscription purchase
  • Service Issues: Pro-rata refund if we fail to provide the promised services
  • Duplicate Payments: Full refund for any accidental duplicate payments
  • Technical Failures: Refund for periods where service was unavailable due to our fault

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Request made after 7 days of purchase (except for service issues)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • User error or inability to use the service
  • Partial month usage after the 7-day period

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to support@illall.in
  2. Include your registered email address and transaction details
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. We will process your request within 5-7 business days

5. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated
