1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Prime ERP subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- You can export your data before the subscription ends
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 7 Days: Full refund if requested within 7 days of initial subscription purchase
- Service Issues: Pro-rata refund if we fail to provide the promised services
- Duplicate Payments: Full refund for any accidental duplicate payments
- Technical Failures: Refund for periods where service was unavailable due to our fault
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Request made after 7 days of purchase (except for service issues)
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- User error or inability to use the service
- Partial month usage after the 7-day period
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Send an email to support@illall.in
- Include your registered email address and transaction details
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- We will process your request within 5-7 business days
5. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated
