Sign-in cookies. When you sign in to Prime ERP, or to the contractor portal, we set a cookie that keeps you signed in, plus a few small cookies that remember choices you make in the app (for example, that you closed a guide). The app cannot work without them, and they are not used for advertising.

Google Analytics and Google Ads. Our public pages (the home page, pricing, product and guide pages, free tools, these policy pages and the sign-up page) use Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies. They tell us which pages and ads bring visitors, and whether a visit ends in a demo request, a WhatsApp chat or a free trial. Google may combine this with what it already knows about your browser. These cookies are never loaded inside the app after you sign in, and they never see your project or financial data.

Visitor counts. We also count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not record the part of a web address after the "?".

You can turn off personalised Google ads at adssettings.google.com and block Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure servers, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
