1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Prime ERP ("the Service"), developed and operated by ILLALL, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Prime ERP is a comprehensive enterprise resource planning system designed for infrastructure project management, including but not limited to:

• Project and schedule management
• Labor management and attendance tracking
• Procurement and inventory management
• Financial tracking and reporting
• Bank reconciliation
• Digital signature workflows

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Prime ERP. We do not claim ownership of your business data, project information, or other content you provide.

The owner of your company account can download a full copy of your data at any time from the Organization page, using "Download all my data". This gives every record (projects, BOQ, bills, measurements, stores, payroll and the rest) as an Excel workbook and CSV files, plus a separate download of your photos and documents. It works even after your plan has ended.

6. If Prime ERP Closes

If we ever decide to stop offering the Service, we promise to:

• tell every account owner by email at least 90 days before the Service stops;
• keep the Service open for downloading your data for those 90 days, whether or not your plan is paid up; and
• delete your data from our servers and backups within 30 days after the closing date, and never sell it or hand it to anyone else.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ILLALL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
