The SOP 2018 rule, worked out for you
When the executed quantity goes past 125% of agreement, railway pays 98% of the rate up to 140% and 96% above that. Items below 1% of the agreement value get wider limits of 200% and 300%. SOR items are checked per schedule group and NS items one by one.
